Pascal Van Beek's Bio:

He is an energetic, creative spirit that combines entrepreneurship with strategic insight. As an executive he often tried to bend the rules in favor of his customer and his employer, as an entrepreneur this attitude gave him inspiration to innovative business models. Early in his career he was given the responsibility for a transformation in the European supply chain of Ericsson, he did set up an EDC of 55,000 m2 in Tilburg for Epson Europe as completion of a centralization strategy and as director led the integration of the commercial management team of Exel and DHL after their merger. Succeeding these experiences, he opted for entrepreneurship: a period in which he did establish UC Group, an interim and consultancy firm with an unconventional organizational form. Within 5 years he brought this company to a turnover of over 4.5M euro. He also developed a BPO business model for the shipping agent Meerendonk, an experience that he later converted into the start-up of the 4PL company BEND and in 2015 he took over a training agency the E-fulfillment Academy. With this experience he is an informal investor in the supply chain industry: a driven leader with a strong focus on commerce and operations that helps develop new business models, growth and / or margin improvement. Always based on the belief that adaptive organizations in which professionals are empowered to direct the organization are necessary for sustainable success in our complex economy.
